Due to the recent events associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, people are staying home and opting to order online more than ever. This has overwhelmed USPS/UPS and other delivery companies.
While we have rarely had issues with people not receiving their purchases in the mail from us, we did recently have an issue where USPS delivered a customer’s order to the wrong address and since then it has gone missing.
In order to safeguard your purchases, we are now offering the option for shipping insurance provided by a company called Route. It’s an easy and inexpensive way to cover your purchase from damage, theft, and loss.
The option is automatically added to your cart at checkout. If you choose to opt-out of the insurance simply uncheck the option.
Please keep in mind we are not liable for any missing, stolen, or damaged purchases once tracking goes into "delivered" mode if you choose not to purchase the insurance.
